What is Tai Chi?

An ancient Chinese martial art, Tai Chi has been used for centuries to guide the yi (intent) of the practitioner into an expression of their physical form. It improves balance, coordination, and strength. It can be used to defend oneself, but we use this series of gentle yet powerful movements to move the body on a path to vitality.
